our story

You may be wondering how did we start making cakes? Oh well, we love birthday celebrations in our family. It just so happened that a day before our family member’s birthday, the cake that we ordered was canceled on us. Since we had all the ingredients in the pantry, we decided to make a chocolate cake, and honestly, it tasted soo good! From there, we did a lot of R&D, invested in ingredients and equipment, registered our business, tried lots of flavors, did a lot of taste testing, did a lot of surveys, learned from many mistakes, attended lots of classes, and never stopped learning and innovating until today.

Starting out as a hobby in Talosig’s family kitchen, Mon’s love for creating beautiful cakes evolved into a full-blown passion.
His journey as a pastry chef began with simple recipes and countless hours spent experimenting with flavors and techniques. Mon quickly realized that he had found his true calling – to create edible masterpieces that not only delighted the taste buds but also impressed visually. With each cake he baked, Mon honed his skills and expanded his knowledge by enrolling in specialized courses to learn from industry experts.
